Monthly Planning Support

Ongoing monthly planning sessions designed to provide expert guidance, clarity, and reassurance throughout your wedding planning journey. This added layer of support offers peace of mind as decisions arise, helping you stay organized, confident, and on track every step of the way.

Stationary Design

Includes the design of save the date, invitation suite, wedding program, and wedding signage. Designs will be shared digitally with detailed recommendations for printing including: printing services, page quality, sizes, assembly.

RSVP Management

We’ll handle the tracking and organization of your guest responses so you don’t have to. From monitoring RSVPs and following up on missing responses to maintaining an accurate guest count, we ensure your final numbers are clear and organized.

Full Setup & Decorating

We take care of the complete setup and styling of your wedding day so your vision comes to life seamlessly. From placing décor and arranging tables to styling ceremony and reception spaces, we ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed according to your plan. This allows you, your families, and your wedding party to relax and fully enjoy the day while everything is beautifully handled behind the scenes.

Clean-up & Breakdown

At the end of the celebration, we manage the full cleanup and breakdown of your event. This includes packing décor, gathering personal items, and ensuring all spaces are left as required by the venue. Our team coordinates vendor load-out and handles the final details so you can head into the night without stress, knowing everything is taken care of.
